Aquapark Istralandia

At Aquapark Istralandia, your safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment are our highest priorities. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please carefully read and follow the safety rules below before entering the park.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES

  • Follow all instructions given by Aquapark staff and lifeguards at all times.

  • Obey all posted signs, warnings, and safety notices throughout the park.

  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn in all pools and water attractions.

  • Running, diving, pushing, or rough play is strictly prohibited in pool areas and walkways.

  • Glass containers, sharp objects, and hazardous items are not allowed inside the park.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

SLIDES & ATTRACTIONS

  • Height, age, and health restrictions apply to certain slides and attractions and are clearly displayed at each entrance.

  • Guests must follow all rider instructions and safety guidelines provided by staff.

  • Safety equipment (such as rafts, mats, or life jackets) must be used as instructed.

  • Pregnant guests and visitors with heart conditions, back issues, or mobility limitations are advised not to use high-speed or high-intensity attractions.

CHILDREN & SUPERVISION

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Non-swimmers and young children must remain in shallow water areas and are encouraged to wear life jackets where appropriate.

  • While Aquapark staff and lifeguards are present to ensure safety, they do not replace parental or guardian supervision.

LIFEGUARDS & FIRST AID

  • Certified lifeguards are on duty at all pools and water attractions during operating hours.

  • A fully equipped first aid station is available on-site, staffed by trained personnel ready to assist in case of injury or emergency.

WATER QUALITY & HYGIENE

  • All guests are required to shower before entering pools or slides.

  • Infants and toddlers must wear appropriate swim diapers.

  • Please help us maintain cleanliness by disposing of waste only in designated bins.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Aquapark Istralandia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Lockers are available throughout the park for the secure storage of valuables and personal belongings.

WEATHER & OPERATIONS

  • Certain attractions may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions (such as strong wind, rain, or lightning), maintenance, or operational safety requirements.

  • All decisions regarding ride closures are made by park management with guest safety as the top priority.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

  • In the event of an emergency, guests must follow all instructions provided by park staff immediately.

  • Emergency exits and evacuation routes are clearly marked throughout the park.

  • Do not panic and assist children or guests in need where possible.
